Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through:
- Calls
- Emails
- LinkedIn outreach
- Understand customer needs and pitch relevant solutions
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations
- Maintain and update CRM data
- Support the sales team in follow-ups and deal closures
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Help improve sales scripts and outreach strategies
Skills Required Core Skills:
- Good communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing
- Confidence in talking to customers
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Experience in:
- Cold calling
- Email marketing
- LinkedIn sales
- Familiarity with:
- CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Google Sheets / Excel
Eligibility
- Students or recent graduates from:
- Business / Marketing
- BBA / MBA
- Any discipline with interest in sales
