Wellphy Medical Hub is looking for a customer-focused Food Service Associate to support the daily functioning of our cafeteria. This role involves assisting patients, visitors, and staff with meal-related services while helping maintain an organized and welcoming dining environment.
Key Duties
- Coordinate meal requests and meal schedules for inpatients and their attendants.
- Deliver meals and refreshments efficiently and courteously.
- Work closely with cafeteria personnel to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Facilitate communication between patients, visitors, and the cafeteria team regarding meal requirements.
- Maintain a professional and cooperative relationship with colleagues across departments.
- Help ensure the dining and service areas remain clean, organized, and hygienic.
- Respond to basic inquiries from patients, visitors, and staff in a polite and helpful manner.
- Support other cafeteria-related activities as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, food service, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant experience in food service, hospitality, customer service roles are encouraged to apply.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
