Key Responsibilities:
Maintain inventory of all store items, consumables, housekeeping materials, engineering items, and food & beverage supplies.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per departmental requirements.
Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
Receive materials, verify quantities and quality, and prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
Maintain stock records and conduct periodic stock audits.
Monitor minimum stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Verify supplier invoices and coordinate with the accounts department.
Prepare inventory and purchase reports for management.
Ensure proper storage and issuance of materials as per company procedures.
Skills & Requirements:
Knowledge of IDS software for Purchase, Inventory, GRN, and Store Management.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence.
Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and inventory controls.
Valid two-wheeler driving license with the ability to ride a motorcycle/scooter for local purchases and vendor visits.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience: 4–5 years in Store & Purchase operations, preferably in the hospitality/resort industry.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
