As a Track Lead in Support & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing operational excellence, focusing on continuous improvement and problem-solving. Your expertise in Azure IaaS and Terraform will be instrumental in driving innovation and optimizing processes within the organization. The candidate must know AVD setup and how it works.
Key Responsibilities
Support AVD setup.
Implement and follow ITSM process.
Comeup with improvement plan and initiate discussions with customer for continous improvements.

1. Proficient In Azure VD And Windows Environments
2. Strong Understanding Azure Virtual Desktop and support.
