Position: Admin Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative operations of NAMMA MBBS. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in office management tasks.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain and organize student records, documents, and databases.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other business correspondence.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and courier services.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
Documentation & Data Management
- Maintain accurate student and client records.
- Assist in preparing admission-related documents and applications.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all records.
- Update CRM and internal databases regularly.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with students, parents, colleges, and internal teams.
- Follow up on pending documents and application status.
- Assist counselors and management with administrative requirements.
- Handle front-office inquiries professionally.
Office Management
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement.
- Maintain office cleanliness and operational efficiency.
- Assist in organizing events, seminars, and student counseling sessions.
Required Qualifications
- 12th+/ PUC/ Diploma in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience
