BuildHub Interior Mall is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting furniture, home décor, lighting, and interior products while delivering an exceptional shopping experience and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting furniture, bedroom sets, dining tables, sofas, home décor, lighting, and other interior products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customer inquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with the delivery and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Update customer details and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on current product collections, promotions, and market trends.
Requirements
- Plus Two / Degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in furniture, retail, showroom, or sales will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a positive approach.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
