Job Title: Cashier
Job Summary:
A cashier processes customer purchases, handles payments, issues receipts, and ensures a positive shopping experience by providing friendly and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Scan and process purchases accurately.
- Accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.
- Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and change correctly.
- Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Answer customer questions and resolve complaints politely.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Follow company policies and security procedures.
- Assist with stocking shelves or other duties when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent Graduation (preferred).
- Minimum 3-4 years Experience in Jewellery Field
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Honest, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
Pay: ₹8,335.64 - ₹24,771.47 per month
