Key Responsibilities
Prepare layout plans (plots, roads, drainage, etc.)
Prepare sketches for internal planning and approvals
Coordinate with survey team for land marking & measurements
Supervise contractors and daily site work
Ensure work is as per approved plan
Material planning and usage tracking
Quality checking of civil works
Maintain site reports and progress updates
Coordinate with liaison team if any changes required
Support registration team with site clarity (plots, roads, etc.)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
