Job Summary:
BG Naidu Sweets is hiring a Branch Supervisor to manage daily floor operations, lead our retail team, and maintain our high standards of customer service and food hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate floor staff in customer service and product knowledge.
- Customer Service: Ensure quick, friendly service; handle inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Stock Management: Monitor daily inventory of sweets/savories and assist in ordering to minimize wastage.
- Hygiene & Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the dining and counter areas.
- Daily Operations: Assist with opening/closing checklists, cash counter handling, and encouraging customer Google Reviews.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of supervisor experience in retail food, QSR, bakery, or restaurants.
- Strong team handling and customer communication skills.
- Basic computer/POS knowledge.
- Highly punctual and flexible to work retail shifts and holidays.
