Job Description
- Passionate about working with youth and supporting students in their transition from campus to corporate careers.
- Engage with students and understand their career aspirations and goals.
- Provide one-on-one career guidance and counselling.
- Support students in employability and placement readiness.
- Coordinate with colleges, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Regularly interact with diverse student groups.
- Travel to partner colleges, including Tier 3 and Tier 4 institutions, as required.
- Conduct counselling, student engagement, and program-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one career counselling and mentorship to students based on their interests, skills, and career goals.
- Conduct counselling sessions, student interactions, and group guidance sessions on career and employability opportunities.
- Assess and screen students through structured interactions/interviews to understand their suitability and development needs.
- Support students with career planning, job readiness, interview preparation, resume/CV guidance, and workplace readiness.
- Identify students’ strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement and provide appropriate guidance or referrals.
- Mobilize and engage students to participate actively in youth employability programs and placement-related activities.
- Conduct pre-placement counselling and help students prepare for formal-sector employment opportunities.
- Engage with parents, college faculty, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure effective student participation and support.
- Travel to partner colleges as required for counselling, student engagement, and program activities.
- Maintain accurate student records, counselling notes, reports, and program trackers.
- Document student success stories, case studies, and program updates.
- Work closely with the training and program teams to ensure students receive consistent support throughout the program journey.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in counselling, student engagement, training, mentoring, volunteering, or internships is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening, counselling, presentation, and public-speaking abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Comfortable travelling regularly to colleges for counselling and student engagement activities.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Highly motivated, empathetic, adaptable, and impact-driven.
