Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Consultation: Greet customers, identify their needs, and suggest suitable pieces for weddings, engagements, or daily wear.Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of jewellery materials, diamond grading, gemstone care, and industry trends.Sales & Billing: Process transactions through POS systems, manage payments, and achieve individual and store sales targets.Visual Merchandising: Maintain the cleanliness and secure arrangement of jewellery displays.Inventory Management: Assist with stock checks, tagging, and inventory replenishment.Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships, follow up for repeat business, and handle customer inquiries professionally.
