Engineering Store & Marketing Administration
Key Responsibilities
Engineering Store
- Assist in day-to-day engineering store operations.
- Maintain inventory records and update stock details.
- Support material receipt, issue, and documentation.
- Maintain store registers and related records.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and other departments for material requirements.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of store-related activities.
- Support periodic stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
Marketing Administration
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
- Prepare and maintain marketing-related reports and records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for marketing activities.
- Manage data entry, documentation, and filing.
- Respond to emails and maintain professional communication.
- Assist in preparing presentations, quotations, and other marketing documents.
- Support day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of engineering store processes and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other computer applications.
- Strong data entry and documentation skills.
- Good coordination and organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Qualification
- Graduate or Postgraduate (Any Discipline).
- Candidates with Engineering, Commerce, or Management backgrounds will be preferred.
Experience
- 0–2 years.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
