Client Servicing Manager – Advertising & BTL Operations

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Servicing Manager with a strong background in the advertising industry, specifically in POSM, POP, Signages, Branding, and BTL activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding project requirements, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of branding and marketing deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and coordinate project execution accordingly
- Handle end-to-end execution of POSM, POP, signage, branding, and BTL activities
- Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams for timely delivery
- Prepare project timelines, quotations, and execution plans
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and provide status updates
- Ensure quality control and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and installation teams
- Support business growth through client retention and upselling opportunities
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in advertising agency/client servicing role
- Strong knowledge of POSM, POP, Signages, Branding, and BTL activities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Good vendor management and client handling experience
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and project coordination
Preferred Experience:
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in advertising/branding agencies
- Experience handling retail branding and activation projects is an added advantage
Qualification:
Any Graduate / MBA preferred
Work Location:
Basavanagudi, Bengaluru
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
