We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to learn business development. As a Sales Intern, you will identify potential clients, generate leads, schedule meetings, and support the sales process while working closely with the marketing and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through various online and offline channels.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and networking.
- Introduce the company's services to prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activities.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients and handling sales conversations.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Experience in lead generation or customer interaction is a plus.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and other digital platforms for prospecting.
Sales Commission & Incentives
In addition to the internship stipend (if applicable), Sales Interns are eligible for a performance-based commission program designed to reward successful client acquisition and business growth.
Commission Policy
- Commission is awarded for every successful client conversion generated by the intern.
- A client is considered successfully converted only after the project is officially confirmed and the initial payment has been received by the company.
- Commission rates will be shared during onboarding and may vary depending on the project value or service category.
- Commission payments will be processed after payment verification and project confirmation.
- Projects that are cancelled, refunded, or remain unpaid will not be eligible for commission.
- If multiple team members contribute to the same client acquisition, commission eligibility will be determined by the company based on individual contribution.
- The company reserves the right to review or revise the commission structure with prior notice.
- Outstanding performers may receive additional incentives, bonuses, or recognition based on monthly or quarterly performance.
