Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, energetic, and confident Sales & Reservations Executive to manage hotel reservations, interact with customers over the telephone, generate bookings through online platforms, and maintain excellent guest relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates beginning their career in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to guest enquiries regarding room availability, pricing, facilities, and special offers.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Manage reservations received through telephone, WhatsApp, email, website, and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
- Coordinate bookings across all reservation channels to ensure accuracy.
- Update reservation records and maintain customer databases.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize room occupancy.
- Maintain regular communication with previous guests to encourage repeat bookings.
- Assist in promoting hotel packages and seasonal offers.
- Coordinate with front office and housekeeping teams regarding arrivals and special guest requests.
- Monitor and manage online booking platforms.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare daily reservation and enquiry reports.
Required Qualifications
- MBA or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Hospitality graduates are preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in customer service, hotel reservations, telecalling, or sales will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is mandatory.
- Pleasant telephone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good sales and persuasion abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to learn hotel reservation software quickly.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
