GAZTRON Engineering Pvt Ltd, a reputable company engaged in the design, manufacturing, and export of Nitrogen Gas Generators, is currently looking for highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Management Trainees in Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, and HR. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training in various streams and will be groomed to be absorbed as Assistant Managers in their respective fields.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans for all marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative, to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Marketing department, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
- Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies to strengthen market presence and enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure consistency and effectiveness of our brand message across all marketing channels and efforts, such as events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional materials.
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas to better understand target markets and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Identify opportunities to penetrate new market segments and expand market share, staying abreast of industry trends and competition.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to synergize brand awareness and maximize business opportunities.
Essential Skills:
- Digital Marketing: Proficiency in leveraging digital channels, including social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Offline Marketing: Strong understanding of traditional marketing techniques, such as print media, events, PR, and direct marketing, to effectively reach and engage target audiences.
- Brand Management: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing branding strategies, including brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and communication guidelines, to build a strong and consistent brand image.
