Job Purpose
To ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory compliance, and documentation while maintaining data integrity and supporting employee-related payroll and exit formalities.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute the monthly payroll process, ensuring maximum accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
- Rigorously ensure accurate statutory compliance by preparing and processing data related to PF, ESIC, professional tax.
- Accurately record new employee details and documentation into master data portals/software for initial MIS and payroll processing.
- Collect and verify all monthly attendance, leave, and Compensatory Off, downloading inputs from the attendance software for processing.
- Ensure timely processing and verification of employee salary inputs.
- Coordinate with HODs to obtain final approval of monthly attendance data to streamline the payroll finalization process.
- Handle exit formalities and ensure documentation completion for separating employees.
- Issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Experience Certificates, and other employment-related documents.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Commerce, HR, or Finance.
- Experience: 1–5 years in payroll management and statutory compliance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
