This is a purely field-based, results-driven closing role. Guided by our inside sales team, help clients through physical property visits, resolve their on-site objections, and help to close the deal.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Execution: Execute daily property visits with prospective buyers. Arrive early, prepare the property for viewing, and control the tour.
- Objection Handling & Closing: Address client concerns on the spot. Use market knowledge and negotiation skills to push for immediate decisions and reduce the lead-to-close turnaround time.
- Seamless Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with the Inside Sales team. Take over the baton smoothly, provide immediate post-visit feedback, and log all field outcomes accurately.
