Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) and Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) to join our SEIL Servicing team. This is a techno-operational role that combines service coordination with technical support.
Please Note: This is not just a backend coordination role. Candidates will also be responsible for providing technical guidance to service engineers regarding Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), servicing procedures, installation, and commissioning activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage service engineers reporting to the Noida office.
- Plan site deployments, travel arrangements, and advance payments.
- Attend and respond to service calls from field engineers and railway authorities.
- Escalate critical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor Installation & Commissioning (I&C) activities to ensure adherence to railway timelines.
- Guide service engineers on AMC execution, servicing procedures, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct training sessions for newly joined service engineers on:
- AMC formats
- Installation & Commissioning documentation
- Customer Call Reports (CCR)
- Tour bill procedures
- Service documentation and processes
- Deploy service engineers for preventive maintenance, modification work, and emergency breakdowns.
- Ensure prompt response to IPS product failures across railway divisions.
- Verify tour bills and supporting documents before approval.
- Maintain service records, compliance documentation, and Shramik Kalyan welfare records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service operations.
Desired Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Ability to handle approximately 100 calls per day.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to attend emergency service calls outside normal working hours whenever required.
- Basic understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
