Role Summary – Plant HR Manager / Factory HR Manager
Location: Ghaziabad
CTC: ₹60,000/month (~₹7.2 LPA)

Must-Have Screening Criteria (Non-Negotiable)
✔ 8+ years in Plant HR / Factory HR only
✔ Independent handling of PF & ESI compliance
✔ Strong Labour Law & Factory Act compliance exposure
✔ Contract labour management experience
✔ Plant manpower planning & workforce administration
✔ Employee Relations (ER) + Industrial Relations (IR) exposure
✔ Experience dealing with audits, inspections, authorities
✔ Worked closely with Plant Head / Production teams
