HR Payroll: This team is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages or salaries to employees. They handle tasks such as calculating salaries, processing payroll, deducting taxes and other withholding, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Employee Engagement Activities: This team focuses on creating a positive work environment and fostering a sense of belonging and satisfaction among employees. They organize various initiatives and programs aimed at improving morale, motivation, and overall employee experience. This may include organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and social events.
Statutory experience
HR Payroll:
Calculate salaries and wages based on employee hours worked and other relevant factors.
Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
Handle inquiries from employees regarding payroll issues.
Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports as needed.
Employee Engagement Activities:
Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Plan and organize various engagement initiatives, events, and programs.
Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for improving the employee experience.
Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.
Communicate with employees to gather feedback and ideas for engagement activities.
