- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular, scheduled inspections of hotel assets to prevent equipment failure before it disrupts operations. [1, 2]
- Guest & Staff Requests: Respond quickly to service tickets (e.g., fixing a leaky faucet, adjusting room temperature, or repairing a broken lamp) while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor. [1, 2]
- Electrical & Plumbing: Perform minor to moderate repairs on wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, pipes, drains, and bathroom fixtures. [1, 2, 3]
- HVAC Systems: Troubleshoot, clean, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units to ensure optimal room comfort. [1, 2]
- General Upkeep: Handle basic carpentry, painting, drywall patching, and furniture repairs
