Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Field Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and expanding market presence through effective strategies and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Expand customer base and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned area
2. Team Management
- Lead, train, and motivate field sales executives
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance
- Conduct regular field visits with the team
3. Market Analysis
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions
- Identify potential areas for growth
4. Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with key clients
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in field sales (preferably in HVAC / construction / B2B industry)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Willingness to travel extensively
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in handling a territory/region
- Good knowledge of CRM tools
- Strong network in the industry
Salary: As per industry standards
