Position:
Founder's Associate – Operations & Content
Full-Time On-Site 5 Days a Week
What You'll Do
- Create & edit content (videos & graphics) using Edits, CapCut, Canva, etc.
- Shoot videos and work as a cameraperson during shoots & events.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook & other social media platforms.
- Handle tech administration and use AI tools to improve productivity.
- Handle basic client calls & communication.
- Research, compile data & create reports.
- Support in events, travel, shopping, material sourcing & other on-ground work.
- Be involved in all aspects of a startup—desk work, shoot days, event days & much more.

- Freshers & graduates from any discipline.
- Basic English (spoken & written).
- Someone who wants to learn entrepreneurship, business, social media, and startup growth.

Compensation
- ₹15,000/month (First 3 months – Probation)
- ₹20,000/month (After probation – Full-Time)
