Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented GeM Executive to manage our business operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, bid management, order processing, documentation, and coordination with government departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's GeM seller account.
- Create, update, and optimize product/service listings on the GeM portal.
- Search and identify relevant GeM bids, tenders, and government requirements.
- Evaluate bid eligibility, technical specifications, EMD/PBG requirements, and other tender conditions.
- Prepare and submit GeM bids and quotations within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial documentation.
- Handle Bid participation, Reverse Auctions (RA), Direct Orders, and L1-related processes.
- Maintain proper records of submitted bids, orders, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with government buyers/departments regarding orders, clarifications, and deliveries.
- Monitor order status, payment status, and completion of contractual requirements.
- Ensure compliance with GeM policies, government procurement rules, and company procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on bids, orders, sales, and business opportunities.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of the GeM portal and government procurement process.
- Experience in handling GeM bids and tenders.
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and tender documents.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in GeM / Government Sales / Tender Management will be preferred.
Preferred Experience
Experience in scientific instruments, laboratory equipment, medical equipment, microscopes, or other technical products will be an added advantage.

- Number and value of GeM bids participated in.
- Bid-to-order conversion rate.
- GeM sales/revenue generated.
- Timely submission of bids and documents.
- Order and payment follow-up.
- Accuracy and compliance of GeM documentation.
Pay: ₹10,029.42 - ₹15,000.00 per month
