Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system stability and performance through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement fixes and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth and team efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with debugging tools and techniques to identify and resolve application defects.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and support processes to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of system monitoring and alerting tools to proactively detect and address potential problems.
