Property Sales Manager
Do you have strong connections with brokers, investors, doctors, and commercial property buyers?
We’re looking for a dynamic Property Sales Manager to market and sell an exclusive 8-storey commercial building.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with property brokers and channel partners
Generate leads and connect with potential buyers/investors
Conduct site visits and client meetings
Develop sales strategies to achieve targets
Coordinate negotiations and closing of deals
Requirements:
* Experience in commercial real estate sales preferred
* Strong broker and client network
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated and result-oriented
