We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Growth & Customer Success Executive to drive business growth by converting qualified leads into customers while ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B SaaS/HRMS sales, customer success, and account management, with the ability to conduct product demonstrations, understand client requirements, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business requirements and recommending suitable HRMS solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and assist in closing sales opportunities.
- Coordinate customer onboarding and implementation with internal teams.
- Collect implementation data and ensure a smooth product deployment process.
- Conduct product training sessions for customers and end users.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and coordinate with support and implementation teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and encourage product adoption.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and account expansion.
- Generate customer referrals and strengthen customer retention.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Support, and Implementation teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Prepare regular reports on lead conversion, customer engagement, and revenue performance.
- Achieve monthly sales, customer success, and business growth targets.
Required Skills

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, SaaS, HRMS, ERP, Customer Success, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Experience in product demonstrations, client onboarding, implementation coordination, and customer relationship management is highly preferred.
- Languages: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (spoken and written preferred).
