Job Description: • Lead and manage a team of 11 -13 team members and ensure all processes are conducted according to company policies and client requirements • Review verification reports for accuracy and completeness, implementing quality assurance measures to maintain high standards • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding verification inquiries, providing updates and addressing concerns • Identify inefficiencies in the verification process and develop strategies to enhance workflow and productivity. • Ensure appropriate production problem records opened, monitored and closed • Ensure processing deadlines are met • Escalates/ communicates promptly to the supervisors on any system disruption or missed SLAs • Has a complete understanding on the verification process • Coaching & mentoring new team members on verification procedures and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
