What You'll Be Responsible ForRevenue Growth
- Own the revenue targets across Shopify, Amazon India, Amazon US, Etsy, and future marketplaces.
- Build and execute monthly and quarterly growth plans.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through pricing, promotions, product mix, and merchandising.
Marketplace Management
- Manage catalogue health, product visibility, listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- To improve keyword rankings, organic visibility, and marketplace performance.
- Monitor account health and ensure best practices across all platforms.
Inventory Planning
- Work closely with sourcing and operations to maintain healthy inventory levels.
- Forecast demand and ensure timely replenishment, especially for FBA and high-selling SKUs.
- Reduce stock-outs while avoiding excess inventory.
Business Analytics
- Track key metrics including revenue, conversion rate, average order value, ROAS, inventory health, and channel performance.
- Build weekly and monthly business reviews with clear recommendations.
- Use data to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve profitability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, Product Development, and Leadership to execute campaigns, launches, and seasonal initiatives.
- Ensure customers enjoy a seamless experience across every online touchpoint.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce, D2C, Marketplace Management, or Online Sales.
- Hands-on experience managing Shopify and Amazon Seller Central. Experience with international marketplaces is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of inventory planning, marketplace growth, pricing, and promotions.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Experience with Power BI or Looker Studio is preferred.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and take ownership.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
