We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing efforts for software products and IT services. The intern will work closely with the marketing and product teams to assist with content creation, campaign execution, demand-generation activities, and performance analysis. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in B2B and software marketing.
Key Responsibilities1. Content & Communication
- Assist in creating content focused on software products, features, use cases, and industry trends
- Write blogs, social media posts, landing page copy, and email content with a tech-oriented tone
- Support content updates on the company website and product pages
2. Social Media & Community Engagement
- Manage and schedule posts across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels
- Engage with the tech community, respond to queries, and monitor brand mentions
- Research and share insights on competitors’ digital presence and messaging
3. Campaign Execution (B2B Focus)
- Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns for product launches, webinars, and feature updates
- Support lead-generation activities through WhatsApp campaigns, email campaigns, landing pages, and targeted outreach
- Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams for campaign assets
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Insights, etc.
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing dashboards
- Provide data-backed suggestions for improving conversions, engagement, and reach
5. Product Marketing Support
- Help organize product demos, webinars, and customer success stories
- Support research on industry trends, buyer personas, and product positioning
- Assist in creating feature highlight videos, case studies, and product-related graphics
Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong interest in technology, software products, and digital marketing
- Good understanding of social media and digital marketing basics
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe) are a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress, or SEO tools is an advantage
