About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for frontline and field sales positions across assigned geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and hire field sales professionals across multiple locations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.
- Drive hiring through job portals, referrals, social media, and local market networks.
- Ensure strong candidate engagement and joining conversions.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in field sales hiring.
- Experience hiring for roles in BFSI, Fintech, Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail, Insurance, or similar industries.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring timelines.
