Job Title: Australian Migration Sales Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Australian Migration Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, assessing eligibility for Australian migration programs, converting leads into clients, and achieving sales targets. Strong communication and sales skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads for Australian migration programs.
- Conduct consultations and assess client eligibility.
- Explain Australian visa pathways, requirements, and documentation.
- Convert leads into paid clients through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the client journey.
- Stay updated on Australian immigration policies and program changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in immigration sales, overseas education, or consultancy sales.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- Experience working with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Australian migration programs is an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
