- Coordination with Sales team, internal departments and customers to update status or orders in process.
- Manage dispatch from various locations and share details with sales team and customers.
- Follow up with sales teams for orders ready with production.
- Manage and plan Installations of the products.
- Update various data in the spreadsheet for reporting and analysis.
- The coordinator will be dealing with Sales, Operations, Production, Finance & Installation teams over phone and email.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (sales support/coordinator).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
