Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to drive patient acquisition, brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth for our Ayurveda hospital chain. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels while ensuring maximum ROI and high-quality patient leads.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other paid campaigns.
Optimize Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Scale campaigns based on performance and business objectives.
Monitor daily budgets and campaign performance.
Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate qualified leads for OPD consultations, treatment packages, and insurance programs.
Work closely with call center and sales teams to improve lead-to-patient conversion.
Analyze lead quality and recommend improvements.
Website & SEO
Manage website performance and user experience.
Implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
Coordinate with developers for landing pages and conversion optimization.
Monitor website traffic, bounce rates, and conversion metrics.
Social Media Management
Develop and execute content strategies across social media platforms.
Coordinate with content creators, designers, and video editors.
Increase engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
Manage online reputation and patient reviews.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Identify growth opportunities through data analysis.
CRM & Marketing Automation
Integrate digital campaigns with CRM systems.
Create lead nurturing workflows through WhatsApp, SMS, email, and automated journeys.
Improve retention and reactivation campaigns.
Team Management
Manage internal marketing team and external agencies.
Set performance targets and ensure timely execution.
Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.
MBA (Marketing) preferred.
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing preferred.
Experience
5–8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Minimum 2–3 years in healthcare, hospitals, wellness, Ayurveda, Ayurveda Hospital chain
Proven experience managing monthly ad spends of ₹20 lakh+.
Strong track record in lead generation and patient acquisition.
