Key Responsibilities
Class Scheduling & Faculty Coordination
- Prepare and manage class timetables and schedules.
- Coordinate with faculty members regarding schedules, curriculum delivery, and academic activities.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day execution of academic sessions.
Student Monitoring
- Track student attendance and participation.
- Monitor academic progress and maintain relevant records.
- Provide timely updates and reports to management.
Examination & Assessment Management
- Coordinate examinations, assessments, and evaluation schedules.
- Maintain academic documentation and records.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of academic data.
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and management.
- Address academic-related queries and concerns promptly.
- Facilitate effective communication across departments.
Academic Operations
- Support academic planning and operational activities.
- Assist in process improvements and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and academic procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in academic coordination, educational administration, student affairs, or a similar role.
- Experience in schools, colleges, universities, EdTech companies, or training institutes is preferred.
Language Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Tamil (both verbal and written communication).
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, faculty, and management in both languages.
Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
