Qualification : B.Tech/M.Tech into Mechanical
Experience : Above 7 years
· Study and improve production processes and workflow.
· Conduct time study and motion study.
· Prepare production capacity planning and line balancing.
· Monitor manpower utilization and productivity.
· Reduce wastage, rejection, and process losses.
· Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement activities.
· Improve cycle time and operational efficiency.
· Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
· Prepare SOPs, process flow charts, and work instructions.
· Analyze production data and generate MIS reports.
· Identify bottlenecks and suggest corrective actions.
· Support cost reduction initiatives.
· Ensure safety and compliance during process improvements.
· Monitor machine utilization and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
