Work Hours: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST or 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST or 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
Salary: As per the market standard and experience
About the Role
As an AR Caller – Dental Billing, you will be responsible for ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of insurance claims, reducing accounts receivable aging, and maintaining strong relationships with insurance providers. This role requires a strong understanding of the US healthcare and dental billing process, denial management, and claim resolution.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to insurance companies (US) to follow up on outstanding dental claims.

Review and follow up on pending or denied claims within the standard billing cycle.

Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage details to ensure accurate billing.

Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and underpayments through investigation and follow-up.

Communicate effectively with insurance representatives to expedite claim processing and payments.

Collaborate with internal teams (coding, billing, and payment posting) to correct errors and optimize claim submissions.

Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of all communications and actions taken.

Generate and analyze reports related to accounts receivable and claim status.

Ensure deliverables meet client quality standards and compliance guidelines.

Stay informed about the latest payer policies, billing procedures, and compliance regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

0.5 – 2 years of experience in Dental or Medical Billing (AR Calling).

Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable process and Denial Management.

Good understanding of healthcare and dental billing concepts.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

High level of energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.

Experience in patient calling will be an added advantage.
