About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented fresher or early-career professional to join our Business Development team in the Cybersecurity / IT Sales domain.
This role is ideal for candidates passionate about technology, sales, and customer engagement. The selected candidate will undergo a 1-month unpaid training program focused on sales techniques, cybersecurity products, and client engagement processes.
Upon successful completion, the candidate will be directly onboarded to the Sales Team with performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Cybersecurity and IT Solutions domain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, BFSI, and SME clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase offerings.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth areas.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in events, exhibitions, and webinars to promote company offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: 0–1 year in Business Development / IT Sales / Cybersecurity Sales (Freshers with strong communication and learning attitude are welcome).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one local language (Hindi/Marathi preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT / Cybersecurity concepts (added advantage).
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Goal-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
