Designation: Business Development Manager.
Location: Bhosari, Pune.
Experience: 3–8 Years.
Industry : Plastic Injection Moulding / Plastic Components Manufacturing.
Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mechanical or MBA in Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new customers in Automotive, Electrical, Electronics, Consumer Goods, and Industrial sectors.
Generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and customer visits.
Handle RFQs, cost estimation coordination, and commercial negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate with Design, Tool Room, Production, and Quality teams for project execution.
Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business development plans.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and customer requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of commercial issues.
