Role: Field Trial & Demonstration Specialist
- Location: Anywhere in Bihar (Strong preference for Nalanda)
- Compensation Budget: ₹20,000 / month + Travel Allowance (TA)
- Target Start Date: Immediate
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute local field trials for our agricultural products.
- Conduct live product demonstrations to educate farmers and stakeholders.
- Monitor crop progress, collect field data, and report on performance metrics.
Candidate Requirements:
- Educational background in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with field trials and direct farmer engagement.
- Fluency in the local language and a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
