Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in Industrial Automation, Machine Manufacturing, or SPM industries. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, handling customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Engage with OEMs, EPC companies, and end-users to understand customer requirements
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve business targets
- Conduct techno-commercial discussions and prepare proposals/presentations
- Coordinate with design, application, and service teams for customer solutions
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Support negotiations, sales closures, and contract finalization
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events
- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and business plans
