Job Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our business and find new clients for our customers. Your primary job will be to find high-quality business leads online (data mining) and reach out to them via email and WhatsApp to generate interest and responses.
If you know how to build a clean email list from scratch and write emails that people actually reply to, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Mining & List Building: Scrape, research, and collect verified business contact details (names, emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles) using Google, LinkedIn, and online directories.
- Email Campaign Execution: Set up and launch daily email outreach campaigns to the collected lists.
- Follow-ups & WhatsApp Outreach: Run follow-up sequences via email and WhatsApp to maximize response rates.
- Lead Tracking: Keep an organized Excel sheet or CRM tracking everyone who is interested, and pass hot leads to the sales team.
- Basic Performance Reporting: Track how many emails were sent, how many opened, and how many positive replies were received each week.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Lead Generation, Data Mining, or Email Marketing.
- Data Tools: Hands-on experience with lead generation tools (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Apollo.io, or basic web scraping techniques).
- Email Tools: Knowledge of sending bulk emails using tools like Mailchimp, Brevo, or cold email tools (instantly.ai, Woodpecker, etc.).
- Good Communication: Ability to write simple, professional, and grammatically correct English emails.
- Software Skills: Excellent command over MS Excel or Google Sheets for managing data cleanups.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
