HR Admin Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Admin Manager to support our day-to-day HR operations. In this role, you will act as the backbone of our organisation, managing employee records, assisting with payroll preparation, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring smooth internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Data & Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital employee records (e.g., contracts, PTO, leaves of absence).
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate logistics for new hires (itineraries, paperwork, welcome packages) and assist with smooth offboarding processes.
- Payroll & Benefits Support: Provide administrative support for monthly payroll processing by compiling data (tracked hours, bonuses, leaves).
- Policy Compliance: Ensure all HR processes align with local labor laws and internal company policies.
- General Administration: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding basic HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an HR administrative or clerical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word), and Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Discretion: Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
