We're looking for someone who thinks in video — not just executes it. As a Junior Video Strategist & Creator, you'll own the end-to-end video content process: from ideation and planning to shooting on your phone and showing up on camera when needed.
You'll work closely with clients, report on performance, and collaborate daily with our social media and content teams.
This role reports into the Video Strategist.
- Develop video content strategies and monthly content calendars tailored to each client's goals and platform
- Plan and storyboard video ideas — reels, shorts, talking-head formats, day-in-the-life, product content, and more
- Shoot and self-produce content primarily on phone (basic editing skills a plus)
- Feature on camera as needed — you're comfortable being the face, not just the hands
- Coordinate with clients for video briefs, feedback rounds, and monthly performance reviews
- Present monthly video performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Work closely with social media and content teams to ensure video integrates into the larger content strategy
- A handful of hands-on experience in video content, content strategy, or a related role
- Strong understanding of short-form video across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Comfortable with phone-based shooting and basic editing tools (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
- Confident on camera and at ease in client-facing conversations
- Analytical enough to read performance data and translate it into actionable insights
- A builder’s mindset — someone who cares about the craft, not just the output
- Having built your own content/channel is a big plus (not mandatory)

- Can switch between scripting a reel and presenting a strategy deck
