Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Pharma team. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with retailers, pharmacies, stockists, and distributors over phone calls to address medicine-related queries, order status, product availability, schemes, and other customer concerns. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of pharmaceutical products and distribution processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact retailers, pharmacies, stockists, and distributors to address product and medicine-related queries.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, offers, schemes, and order status.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Dispatch, Accounts, and Customer Support to resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate call logs in the CRM/ERP system.
- Follow up on pending orders, complaints, payments, and customer requests.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with retailers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department whenever required.
- Support sales and marketing teams by sharing customer feedback and market insights.
- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets while maintaining service standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Healthcare background will be preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or pharmaceutical customer service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medicines, or healthcare terminology will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM/ERP software is preferred.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
