- Position Title: Client Growth Specialist – Sales-BD

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Conduct technical assessments of customer needs and propose customized lift solutions. Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers, architects, and consultants.
- Prepare detailed proposals, cost estimates, and technical specifications for new projects.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals in alignment with company pricing strategies.
- Follow up on leads, manage customer relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of tenders, bids, and project proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, and project management) to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Maintain and update customer database, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activities. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor products. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all sales activities
Key Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of lift systems, components, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret customer requirements and offer customized solutions. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative sales approach. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, technical sales, or business development, preferably in the Elevator Industry.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
