- The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operation of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, staff management, and efficient daily operations. They develop strategies to improve service quality, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Responsibilities and Duties:**
- - Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- - Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- - Develop and implement business strategies to attract new customers and enhance the restaurant’s reputation.
- - Monitor financial performance, including budgets, costs, and revenue targets.
- - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- - Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory.
- **Reporting Structure:**
- - Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager / General Manager
- - Direct Reports: Assistant Restaurant Manager, F&B Executive, Sr. Captain, Captain
