- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Networking.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and network architecture within the Amazon Web Services environment.
- Experience in designing and implementing secure, scalable network solutions using virtual private clouds, subnets, and routing.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and optimize network performance in cloud-based systems.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to manage network configurations and deployments.
- Understanding of network security best practices, including firewalls, access control lists, and encryption techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AWS Networking.
