Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Backend Developer and DevOps Engineer to lead the optimization, scaling, and maintenance of our backend services. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in database performance, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
■ Lead the optimization of backend services and database performance, specifically on Node.js and MongoDB, with the ability to work with PostgreSQL and other backend technologies as needed.
■ Design, implement, and manage microservices architecture, focusing on algorithmic and architectural scaling to ensure high availability and performance.
■ Implement and maintain robust DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
■ Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP platforms.
■ Establish and manage monitoring systems for performance, reliability, and security.
■ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and development best practices.
Qualifications :
■ 5+ years of experience in backend development, primarily with Node.js.
■ Proven expertise in database optimization, specifically with MongoDB and experience with
PostgreSQL.
■ Strong practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and setting up CI/CD pipelines.
■ Expert knowledge of monitoring, scaling, and designing scalable microservices.
■ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Ahmedabad): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
